  • Yes! Diet is so important when it comes to our bladder and overall health. Organic food is best as it contains the goodness from soil free from pesticides and synthetic fertilisers. One of the best vegetables I've found for overall health is raw organic carrots as the magnesium in them (from good quality soil) helps strengthen health and bladder and also, an added bonus, keeps you regular.
