  • I wake up 3-5 times a night to pee even though I take a sleeping pill every night, wake up exhausted and miserable
  • @Amybee so sorry to hear you're going through this. The key to sleeping through the night is to retrain your bladder during the day. In my experience, I discovered that it's the lining of your bladder that gets irritated, so achieving better bladder control takes investigating your diet and also commiting to some exercise. If you can learn how to distract the brain signal travelling back to your bladder (when your bladder lining is irritated, it sends a signal to your brain and then the brain processes that signal, returning the command to empty to your urethra and bladder) then you can take back your sleep.
